Our hosting packages are billed annually. You pay in advance for a full year.
Yes. Unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date via info@assist2go.nl, your package will be automatically renewed for a new year. You will receive a reminder 60 days before renewal via email.
Send an email to info@assist2go.nl at least 30 days before your renewal date. You will receive a confirmation within 1 business day. After cancellation, your hosting remains active until the end of the paid period.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. The price difference will be calculated pro-rata for the remaining period.
You will receive a reminder. If payment is not made within 14 days, your hosting will be temporarily blocked. After payment, it will be restored immediately. In case of prolonged non-payment, the account will be terminated and data deleted.
Yes, your domain name is always yours. Upon cancellation, we will assist you for free with the transfer to another provider.
We do not offer a trial period but provide free migration when switching. If you have questions beforehand, please contact us for a free consultation.
Your data is hosted on servers in Europe: the Hetzner data center in Germany. Customer hosting via Strato is also being set up in Germany. We comply with GDPR legislation.
